The client needed an onboarding app in a short timeframe, without context about the product implementation or information about the users. The app would be implemented in white-label banks. Daily calls were made with the client to understand their needs, and an information architecture was created as a starting point. After validating this architecture with the client, low-fidelity wireframes were delivered, followed by high-fidelity wireframes. Finally, high-fidelity prototypes were delivered to assist both the client and the development team.
Challenge Faced
The main challenge was developing the onboarding app within a limited timeframe, without prior information about the users or product implementation.
