During the pandemic, the digital industry experienced tremendous growth, which increased risks and frauds. TransUnion created a system to detect frauds and fraudulent devices. After several meetings with stakeholders, the business needs were understood, and work began on low-fidelity wireframes to quickly capture these requirements. High-fidelity mockups were then delivered in collaboration with the TransUnion team, following a validation process. Additionally, close collaboration with developers ensured the correct implementation of the Figma design.
Challenge Faced
The main challenge was understanding the business needs in a rapidly evolving market and ensuring the fraud detection system was robust and effective, while maintaining constant communication with stakeholders and developers.
